Based researching a tertiary public hospital doctors’ multi-sited licensed issues in Tangshan City, actively explore the doctors’ perception and attitude towards the reform of doctors’ multi-sited licensed, identify the main impact factor of doctors’ multi-sited licensed, make suggestions for public hospital reform in doctors’ multi-sited licensed issue in Tangshan.At first, using of a literature analysis, collect documents and doctors’ multi-sited licensed issues related to the practice, theory, prevalence survey and other information,and analyze the current situation on doctors’ multi-sited licensed problems at home and abroad and the latest research to improve the measures. Secondly, send and collect the questionnaires and interview dates. A total of 283 valid questionnaires are collected. With a excel2003 the finished questionnaires establish a database for data and are analyzed with SPSS17.0 with descriptive statistics and multivariate statistical methods. At last,find more doctors having an active attitude, analyze the main factors, provide effective advice and recommendations, and accordingly propose optimized countermeasures.Analyzing of the relevant data to the questionnaire in Tangshan City, a tertiary hospital doctors, especially young doctors with a higher professional title have a higher willingness and more prospects to multi-sited licensed. It will be more convenient to see a doctor, and realize their value and increasing personal income. Now the main questions are the not perfect legal and personnel system and the risk of a lack of commitment mechanisms and so on. The doctor is a scarce resource. So it is crucial to improve the relevant laws and regulations and policies, reform the personnel system, and establish the risk mechanisms. In order to avoid bad effects, the departments should try to formulate laws and regulations related to multi-sited licensed, legalize normal multi-sited licensed.While build multi-sited licensed access, management, supervision, assessment system;legalized the health care market and establish the doctor’ risk-sharing mechanism.
