Research On Institutions Of Trustee’s Duty Of Prudent Investment

In this paper, triggered by nearly two years emerging investment financial products especially Lufax, it studies the duty of prudent investment on institutions of trustee. It mainly studies the theoretical achievements of the two law systems and think about the current situation of the domestic in this field to consummate the duty of prudent investment on institutions of trustee. The opinion to consummate our country in this aspect is based on the duty of prudent investment rule in Anglo-American law system, and at the same time, absorbing the duty of bona fide administrators’ care in Civil law system.
