Research On The Endowment Service System Of Urban Residents In Hebei Province

Needs from urban residents on pension service gradually develop into diversified and complicacy. People different in gender, income and age are significantly different in their requirements for pension service. Therefore, considering the different requirements on elderly care service, it is important to investigate the old-age service system. Our current old-age service system is based on the family-hood care, relying on community service, with pension institutions acting as a supplement. But it is still underdeveloped, while having to deal with the problems of pension service system development. is unable to keep up with service policy and service system. In fact, it has many issues waiting to be solved.Hebei Province has a large but unbalanced population. The ageing population has been increasing year by year, while the economic progress is far behind the speed of ageing. With the aging population getting grim, conflicts between pension services supply and demand have become increasingly inevitable, and should be taken as a strategic issue during the process of reform and development. This article mainly analyzes the present situation of population aging in Hebei Province and its influence on the development of old-age security, pension services in Hebei Province combing with the community endowment service and organization and management. Through the analysis of the existing problems and the reasons in the development of old-age service system, this paper explores the relevant measures to perfect the pension service system establishment, so as to establish a sound organization, with perfect system, appropriate scale, the effective regulation, good management, excellent service, and to achieve a sustainable development of old-age service system, in order for it adapt to the demand of the elderly as well as for the economic development of Hebei Province. Aim to promoting social stability and harmony, maintaining the dignity and improving the life quality of the old people.Through five parts, this paper elaborates the problem of old-age service system establishment in Hebei Province. The first part, as the introduction, points out the background and significance of this paper, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, the ideas, the methods and innovative points; the second part summarizes the related concepts of population aging and pension services and its theoretical basis; the third part introduces the present situation of Hebei Province population aging and pension service problem; the fourth part covers an important part of the innovation, pointing out the old-age service system establishment in Hebei Province and analysis of its causes; the last part, starting from the anthropological condition in Hebei Province, based on general grasp of the overall development of old-age service system in Hebei Province, puts forward the problem of aging on how to improve and develop old-age service system against the background of an aging period.
