| At present, China is in a period of social transformation and industry bodies is gradually adjusted, the economic is rapidly developmened and people’s living standard is constantly improved, but because of system, laws and regulations related is imperfect, Industry reform is not completed,industry social issues such as the widening of the gap, which will lead to social problems,and social security risks is seriously.In times of peace, maintaining social stability is mainly police duties.Among them, the police station, is the dominant force in maintaining social stability.Baoding City, this paper focuses on the current problems of social security and according to the situation, Baoding City is divided into different zones, describing the current service model of police agencies especially police station of Baoding City, analysising the hysteresis of current service model of police agencies and the negative influnce on the current stability of social order of Baoding City,exploring new patterns of police service.This paper argues that the cunrrent "passive type" of policing model has far from meeting the needs of social security requirements of Baoding City,it is the time to streamline the institutions and increase the number of police forces of grass-roots unit,integrate related police category, change current "Office" model of police service to "patrol control" police service mode, and make the city community police and village police bigger and stronger to answer the social security problem of Baoding City with a positive attitude.This paper mainly uses literature survey,comparative analysis, experience summarization, through a combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analysis the current policing model of Baoding City and explore new policing model. |
