The Revelation Of The Chinese Communist Party Constructing Learning Party Based On The Soviet Party’s Experience

The Soviet Union’s experience is one of the hot topics in academia. Many scholars are still enthusiastically studying this topic. Nowadays, Communist Party of China is working hard on becoming a learning party of Marxism. As our predecessor, the Soviet Union’s experience leaves us a lot of revelation. With the collective effort of the Soviet Union’s leaders in more than 70 years, the Soviet Unions had great achievements in economics, politics and socialist construction. However, they also made a terrible mistake on treating its own history, and could not handle the problems of party and social conflicts, leading to its dissolution. Therefore, researching on the Soviet Union’s experience is benefit for Communist Party of China becoming a better learning party of Marxism. The thesis states the issue in four parts as following.The first part is a general introduction, mainly introducing the research’s present situation, the research’s significance, the main points of innovation of the research and the research’s approaches. The second part is the statement of the concept of learning and learning party, and the historical necessity of our party to construct a learning party of Marxism. Constructing a learning party of Marxism is based on a background of the global international situation, social development and transformation critical moment and our party’s historic position has a deep change. The third part analyses the process Soviet party forming the single-party system and their revelation to Communist Party of China. The fourth part analyses Soviet party’s attitude towards history. Its self-denying of its party’s system and history has great damage to the international communist movement, and the Soviet party and society. Learning form the Soviet’s experience, we should regard and evaluate the party’s history in an expansive view, unite our thinking and power through learning, guiding the mass to learn and guiding the right social opinion through learning. The fifth part gives three realistic guiding to CPC constructing a learning party. First to all, we must keep learning in any time. Secondly, improving the governing capacity of CPC members can promote the learning party construction. We should improve the knowledge accomplishment, party spirit and ideal and belief of CPC members to improving their governing capacity. Thirdly, constructing an innovative country can promote the learning party construction. Innovative culture and idea are the bases of a learning party construction. Promoting country’s creative ability of independence and rewarding capacity orientation society can promote the learning party construction. Knowledge-pursuing talents are the key elements of learning party construction.This thesis is footing on constructing a learning party. Through analyzing the attitude and methods of Soviet party in its constructing procedures, we can draw a scientific conclusion of Soviet party’s experience and give revelation to Communist Party of China.
