Wisdom E-government Model Construction And Its Promotion Research

Wisdom government affairs is the advanced stage of e-government development. Through modern intelligent information and communication technologies,the internal government relationship and the relationship between governments and citizens can be transformed, the delivery made of government management,supervision and public service can be innovated, by which, the purpose of increasing the government efficiency and providing better public services can be fulfilled. Again, according to the present situation of practical, it analyzed Wisdom government promotion constraint promotion of restricting factors from various angles. Finally, in view of the difficulties and problems in the expansion of wisdom e-government promotion strategies are put forward.Therefore, wise government affairs are the result of the development of information and communication technology, and one of the important direction of government governance. According to the e-government model wisdom, it carefully analysis’ s government management and public service to provide a way and method of the process, actively promotes wisdom government governance, overcomes resistance in the process of promoting, and develops and implement promotion strategy.
