Conflict Between Law And Morality

Law and morality are two important social norms to adjust social behavior, each of which has a unique function, at the same time, there are limitations, they have a mutually dependent, and have conflicts with each other.The focus of this article explores the relationship, and difference between moral and law. We try to find the solution of conflicts between them, and analyse specific plans from aspect of legislation, Law enforcement and judiciary, and legal advocacy. We think law is the foundation, and morality is beneficial complement. At last, we analyse the conflicts between moral and law in legal practice, focused on the causes of conflict, and analyse different style and different influence of the conflicts between moral and law specially. Furtherly, we should find the balance of moral and law in leal practice, in order to propel legal pratice forward and society’s harmony. And foundation of the balance should be the law, and moral is important, too.
