Research On Legal Issues Of P2P Network Lending

The emergence and development of P2 P network lending brought us a series of legal issues.This thesis try to divide the legal problems of P2 P network lending into two categories: the internal legal issues and the external legal issues.The internal legal issues are about the participants of P2 P network lending,including the legal issues of the borrower,the legal issues of the lender and the legal issues of the platform.The external legal issues are mainly about the supervision of P2 P network lending,including the the unclear of the regulators and the lack of corresponding laws and regulations.After the classification and the analysis of these issues,there are the corresponding suggestions for improvement.Of course,even we can’t solve these issues completely in one step,we can do it step by step.There are also some analysis and discussion about the difficulty to achieve the suggestions for improvement in order to find the new ways and the issues’ root.After doing these,I hope the P2 P network lending can have a better future and the Internet financial can run a long and healthy way in China.
