The Study Of CPC Local Governance Systems In Yan’an

Governance and human society always go hand in hand, we need governance as long as human beings exist. "CPC Central Committee decision on deepening reform of the overall number of major issues," the Communist Party of China for consideration by the Third Plenary Session of eighteen(hereinafter referred to as the "Decision"), at the same time continue to emphasize "into a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country", clearly set the modernization state governance as one of the goals and path of the comprehensive deepening reform.This is a major strategic decision making of CPC from the new historical period of international and domestic situation of view, and it is also an active response to the challenges facing our country in a new stage of development, the Chinese version of "Governance of change."The successful practice partial power of Yan’an period is a great historical treasures, contains a wealth of experience in governance. Although there wasn’t a clear statement of "governance system" at that time; in practice, represented by Mao Zedong, the CPC has conducted fruitful exploring for the governance system construction and obtained many important achievements and accumulated valuable experiences. In this paper, we investigate the history of the CPC partial ruling in Yan’an to analyze and expound on the one hand from the field of economic governance, political governance, culture and governance, social governance; on the other hand focuses on the subject of governance, governance functions, governance, governance methods analyze, etc., these four levels, and strive systematic, comprehensive, three-dimensional display of the Yan’an period to explore governance system and summarized the current thinking of national governance systems to promote the modernization of useful enlightenment on this basis.This thesis is organized as follows. The first part of the "Introduction" describes the purpose and significance of this topic, the current research, ideas and methods of the study, and related concepts involved are briefly described. The second part of the "Chinese Communist Party in Yan’an during the reign of the local governance system exploration overview" analyzes the governance structure of the Shaanxi and Ningxia Border Region in Yan’an period and answers the following important questions including who the governance body was, what the main role of governance system is, what governance actually means, etc.. The third part, "Communist Party of Democratic Governance in Yan’an when exploring the local administration," analyzes the governance structure from the perspectives of democratic practices, the rule of law system.
