Alone with the development of Information Technology, internet has already become the important part that has close relationship with human’s daily life. However, everything is a sword with two blades. People suffers increasing risks caused by internet when they accept convenience from internet. Nowadays, insult and slander are acted though internet. Disseminated rumor occur in internet frequently. As a result of these, crime acted by internet become the focus of attention of society gradually. The case mentioned in this paper introduces a current situation of cyber-crime. Therefore, more attention should be paid on this new kind of crime that acts adopted internet way. Specific analyses for key factor of reason of slander, illegal business, and crime of picking quarrels and provoking troubles need to be set. And due to the support from internet, changing of approaches and consequences of crime improve these existed crime, and this result should be alert. Moreover, related laws should be analyzed more clearly.This paper discuss topic using Empirical analysis method combining with Speculative discussion methods. The background of topic was taken from direction of law, sociology, and dialectics, and will follow these directions to expound the value of this topic research. To do research by using case study analysis techniques with real case and cooperating with related laws are the writing method of this paper.Thesis introduction briefly describes the current status of Internet libel and paid Ads, and provide the relevant judicial interpretations focusing on these type of crime which are promulgated by Supreme People’s Court and Supreme People’s Procuratorate. And then it expounds the importance of this case in research Internet libel and paid Ads and the necessity of researching new kind of crime that slander, illegal business, and crime of picking quarrels and provoking troubles are supported by internet through case of Dong Ru Bing. In the second part of paper, the case and processes of judgment of case are described in detail. The third part of paper shows the focus of disagreement in case discussion, and analyze it briefly. The fourth part of paper analyzes the case with legal principles. In this part, discussion is raised from the controversial statements of the case and discuss related laws with specific judgment techniques. It includes four parts. First is the concept of cyber-crime. Second is the concept of defamation acted by internet and its criminal regulations. The third is the analysis of concept of illegal business in internet. The fourth part is the analysis and the concept of crime of picking quarrels and provoking troubles.
