The general idea of this thesis is to introduce the present situation, proposed the question and solve the problem. We will have a look at the real processing status of marital debt system through a visualization method. We will found the marital debt system existing three big questions, then I will put forward some ideas. There are some limited studies I will discuss.The whole thesis is divided into four Parts:Part1: I will analyze two different points of view through the analysis of real cases. Have a Analysis of the current problems of the legislation on marital debt system in our country.Part2: Discussing on the theoretical basis of joint debt system and the value choice of its existence is necessary.Both independent personality and transaction security are important. But we have to choose only one.Analysis of the principle.Principles can guide our direction. There are two very important principles.Part3: This part is the core part of this thesis.The presumption of joint debt limitted applies Mainly through three aspects. First, there is determined and the distribution of the burden of internal and external design.Second, different types of debt should have different identified methods. Third, we should have Strictly limited time points.Part4: At this part,We will analysis two cases To test the scientific nature and operability of the theory. we’re going to get some enlightenment through the two cases.
