In 2008,Labour Contract Law came into force,the number of labor disputes increased, in the meantime,tended to collective labor disputes. That became a critical problem. The paper wonder the collection between Petition System and collective disputes.Firstly,the paper introduces the Petition System and the development of its function,the status of Petition System in collective labor disputes. Then we can know collective labor dispute through Petition System for solution. Next,the paper analyses the reason why collective labor disputes choose Petition System,from the lack of system and the problem existed. Then analyzing the difference of Petition System between Mediation and Arbitration. Based on the difference,it questioned the Petition System and infer that Petition System does not have the function of right relieving,it cannot deal with the disputes. Finally, based on the paper, it analyses the influence of Petition System intervening collective labor disputes,and then proposes the suggestions.
