Chengdu Ximianqiao Community Governance Problems And Countermeasures

According to the advancing urbanization process and developing urban-rural integration, society has changed with each passing day. Especially the economy of China has entered New Normal, all directions in society are facing a series of revolution. As the important carrier of innovative govern in grass-roots unit and significant micro-foundation for achieving governance system and ability modernization in our country, the govern of multinational community has faced both risk from normal community and challenges from nationality.Take Ximianqiao community for example, which gained the honor of Chinese Model of Community Ethnic Unity, thesis is basis of the grid management, collaborative governance and mutual embedded governance in modern govern theory, depicts current situation in Ximianqiao community objectively, including achievements and problems, according to the on-site visits and research. Thesis raised some problems including low in resources integration, vague in powers and responsibilities between governance subjects, low in activity of community worker, lacking in participation of multinational community resident, lacking in interaction of multinational community and so on, analyzed the reasons of those problems including lacking in legal guarantee, lacking in collaborative governance system, vague in border governance subjects, lacking in resource investment system, lacking in cognition of multinational community resident and so on. According to the problems and its reasons, thesis raised some countermeasures including completed legal guarantee about multinational community and collaborative governance system, optimized resource investment system, built the platform of participation about multinational community, strengthened interaction of multinational community and so on. The govern of multinational community had influence on both innovative govern in grass-roots unit and nationality unity. There are some same communities as Ximianqiao community in China, those suggestions may promote to some similar areas.
