The Study Of Information Disclosure Based On Nongovernmental Organization

In recent years, with the further development of the economic system and political system reform, profound changes have taken place in social structure, as the third sector, nongovernmental organizations play a more and more important role in modern people social life, and playing an important role in every field. However, because of the lack of governance and accountability, legal construction is on a low level, the credibility of non-governmental organizations is low, the problem of information transparent is serious. So, how to use the method of information disclosure to manage the non-governmental organizations became a new subject, and it is a bold attempt and a new exploration in information disclosure system, this research have important practical significance of strengthen the management of our country.This article tried from the theoretical connotation and the development of nongovernmental organization information disclosure system to discuss this topic, with reference to foreign advanced experience and practice, contrast the conditions and actual of our country, put forward my ideas to the construction of nongovernmental organization in our country. During the study, we use the method of literature analysis, comparative analysis and process hierarchy. First from two main line of the NGO and information disclosure of previous studies to review and summarize, analysis the problems that existed in the past, it is concluded that the necessity of information disclosure research, secondly, elaborate the basic concepts and basic theory, based on the discipline theory to analysis the connotation of information disclosure on non- governmental organizations, analysis the value of its existence, and describe the index, to clarify its mechanism. Then, build the system of nongovernmental organizations information disclosure. Finally, by the contrast between our country and foreign countries, look for the gap, put forward the proposal to the construction of nongovernmental organizations of our country.
