The Study On The Subject Of Access To Government Information Bsed On Of Information Ecology

In today’s information age, the problems of information pollution, information explosion, Information invasion, information asymmetry and the violation of the digital divide are so serious, and the competition at home and abroad is so fierce. They bring certain impacts and obstacles to the access to government information. Information ecology is to solve the problems of information resources, information environment and information sustainable development which the human must face. It studies the core issues which are the information activities under the information subjects’participation and the interaction and connection among the information subjects. In order to explore the functions and effects of the subject of access to government information more deeply, optimize information resource allocation, make a investigation of the public information needs, improve the efficiency of information sharing, and promote the benefit of access to government information, the information ecological theory is introduced to research the subject of government information publicity. So we can achieve the goal of the sustainable development of access to government information.The paper is divided into six parts.
