But at the same time, the agency set up confusion, has not been set up independent departments, offices, office and JianWu superintendent himself, laboratory and other departments. Because of laws and regulations on the function of case management department to clear positioning, cause business will case pipe positioning for the service departments, and did not fulfil reach the designated position, service functions and case management department is positioning for the management department, now the main function is service, at the same time because of the influence of the traditional ideas, lead to business tube department have different ideological understanding, communication, and case does not reach the designated position, work hard. In addition, because of the personnel is not scientific, which leads to the tube department functions are to fulfill, but did not really fulfill in place. Therefore, the author suggested that clear case management department in the laws and regulations of positioning, the procuratorial system departments change ideas, strengthen the coordination between departments, form the supervision efforts, improve the authority of supervision and law enforcement of procuratorial system.
