| Since the emergence of arms cause in China, it develops brilliantly with the development of the people’s liberation cause, and makes great achievements for the establishment of the People’s Republic of China. Since the reform and opening up, the arms cause makes constant innovation and development, develops a batch of new weapons and equipments, not only meeting the need of modernization of defense equipment, but also making an outstanding contribution to national defense science and technology industrial development and national economic development. The arms culture is shifting from the traditional passive to active globalization. It is necessary for the arms corporation to consider how to accept modern culture, while maintaining the tradition and form a culture of adaptive to the modern and new changes having their own characteristics. This paper studies and analyzes the existing problems of Party building, and proposes suggestions on how to improve the Party-building mechanism.Under the new situation, the problem of the arms industry is still an important issue, the Party building of specialized sub-group is confronted with various new problems. This paper analyzed the importance of work, studies the Northwest Institute of Mechanics and Electrics Engineering, a subsidiary of China North Industries Group Corporation, summarizes and makes a brief analysis of the problems, and conducts research for the existing problems of arms industry specialized sub-group’s Party building mechanism under the new situation.This paper aims to study the Party building mechanism of China North Industries Group on the present basis, summarizes new achievements had made by Group Party building mechanism, studies the new situations encountered in the implementation of Party building mechanism, and proposes constructive, executable countermeasures and suggestions for the Group’s implementation of Party building ideological and political work. |
