Research Of The Progress Of E-government Information Systems Based On Critical Chain Management

E-government is the use of modern information technology such as computer, network and communication means, implementation structure and optimizing the work of reorganization, in order to build a efficient,honest,tidy and fair government. as to comprehensively to the society with high quality, transparent, standardized and in line with international standards of management and service.The establishment of electronic government affair work makes the government more transparent, open, efficient and concise, can reconstruct the government, the citizen and the relationship between the enterprise, for citizens and enterprises to provide more, better and faster service at the same time, strengthen the relationship between them.In view of the many benefits of e-government, and further speed up the process of China’s four modernizations construction need, advancing the government informatization has become the important work of the government at all levels. However, the construction of electronic government affairs information system is a complicated system engineering, it is made in the construction of the project, to follow the good project management methods, so that the project will be better able to complete.Project management method is in a fixed inside the exact time category, in order to achieve a particular goal, for the purpose of using a particular form of temporary organization operation mechanism, using the effective planning, organizing, leading and controlling, by full use of a certain amount of resources, system management method.Project management including multiple knowledge system, including the project schedule management is an important aspect of it.The critical chain method is an important method in project schedule management.the reasonable application of the method can effectively supervise the progress of the project, to ensure project to be able to finish it on time.Based on Bengbu governments e-government informationization project as an example, analysing the use of critical chain method in Bengbu government informationization project progress management.We found that, in the construction of Bengbu e-government information project, by using the critical path method to connect all the activities of the project network, to find the critical path and calculate the start and end time of each path, eventually develop the Gantt chart of the project schedule, the project implementation get more information and eventually complete the project smoothly.Finally, we believe that the right management method is the key of the project can complete smoothly, thus suggest that project management personnel, in project management, they should according to the characteristics of the project itself, using appropriate methods, to ensure that the project is completed.
