Nine departments including the ministry of civil affairs and the ministry of education promulgated in 2014 carried out "about accelerating the opinions of the endowment services personnel training", It means our country not only aware of the importance of the endowment nurse industry and put it on agenda. Along with the growth of the age, olds face with all kinds of physiological function degradation in daily life, for example,they cant finish having a meal, washing gargle services by themselves. Equally, they need the care of others due to the poor health. The last stage of elderly inevitably facing disease, loneliness, death, loss of sense of worth in the society, heart of depression, anxiety and other heart conditions need to be more attention and care. Combined with the reality of country and family care function has weakened gradually. So endowment nurse act as guardians of the elderly. But since the industry standard is not certain endowments living environment and quality of work is still unsatisfactory now.In order to understand the status quo and specific problems encountered in the work, this article selects 16 private nursing home caregivers as the representative in the four areas of Dalian.we collect the basic information of the nurse, daily working hours, wages, the professional qualification certification status, the number of daily care for the elderly, if the job makes you happy. Questionnaire survey will pay attention to analyses the problems such as, through the solid model, the influence factors of affecting endowment caregivers’ satisfactory with job, summarizes the problems existing in the endowment caregivers nowadays.Because the education level is low,the ability to accept new things and nursing knowledge will be affected.Gender structure is unreasonable, most of them are women, they always cant complete physical labor alone. Because of the lack of overall industry management, training has not reach the designated position, the professional qualification certificate of duty nurses are not universal. Low level of wages, the big number of daily care for the elderly, workload is heavy, all of them directly influence the nurse’s job satisfaction degree. On the basis of in view of the problem,We broadly observed that what is the developed countries foresight on old-age nursing industry, and put forward to advice which is adapted to china. For example, we can improve the legal protection of the whole industry, standardize the management mechanism, strengthen training, increase the number of pension caregivers as well as provide better prospects and career advancement space, just to encourage their confidence and,change the traditional concept that the job is just a solution in order to feed their families.
