In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s social economy and urbanization process, the land requisition compensation for landless peasants has become a problem of high concern. However, in the present situation of our country, there are many deficiencies in the process of rural land acquisition and demolition, making the contradiction between the rural land more prominent, because of land requisition compensation disputes and the mass appeal of the event is also greatly increased. According to statistics, there are more than 70% of the mass petition is caused by land requisition compensation, and most of the land lost farmers land acquisition disputes is due to the implementation of the policy of the demolition of the problem. Therefore, the reform and improvement of rural land requisition compensation system in the process of urbanization in China, improve the implementation of the policy of land acquisition compensation, will be conducive to the development of rural economy, reduce land compensation disputes, is conducive to the long-term stability of rural society. At the same time, from the current research situation, the research of rural land requisition compensation in our country is still at the primary level, that is, how the compensation system should be taken.Based on the above background, this paper hopes to sum up the current compensation policy of rural land expropriation and relocation, from the actual situation of the implementation of the policy, to examine and find the existing problems and shortcomings, and to explore the reasons for the improvement of rural land requisition compensation policy implementation of some countermeasures, which has very important theoretical significance and practical guidance value.The research content of this paper can be divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction.
