The Study Of Construction Of Writing Style Under The Mass Line Perspective

Writing style is reflected in the Communist party style, and it is related to the the Communist party’s image and career success. Writing style is becoming a major issues of strategic and directionality about the country, the nation, the political party. Now, China is building a moderately prosperous society, comprehensive deepening reform of the critical period. Will the "Four comprehensive" major strategic arrangement can implement effectively?Will the official language could be accepted by the masses? What mode of discourse can be chosen to the international communication in China? All these question show the importance of reshape our party discourse system and enhance the right to speak. Therefore, studying writing style construction and development law deeply, creating new style socialism with Chinese characteristics and playing its important function, is of great theoretical and practical significance in the new historical period.This paper has separated into 5 parts.To begin with, it describes fundamental contents of writing style and mass line briefly. There are some problems of writing style for column construction. On the one hand, the interaction between the comb through the relationship of the party’s mass line and style construction, proposed the development ideas by using the mass line style to strengthen the writing style, and exploring and establishing new era building socialism with Chinese characteristics, needs, reflecting the characteristics of the times style mechanism and institutional system. On the other hand, based on scientific text analysis and historical review on the system accurately summarized and explained in different historical periods, the party and state leaders of writing style and features, combined with practical problems and practical work, respecting for the reality of style problem, exploring solutions to these problems. The paper described the relationship for practicing mass line and writing style, it is thought that upholding the mass line has great significance in writing construction.Then, the paper analyzed the writing style of two great people Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping. Maoist style mainly exhibit outstanding people, ethnic, and extensive use of the language of masses, which performs as: the people’s interests as the core, and serve the people and dedication; adhere to the masses, serious investigation; inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the Chinese nation; sensible use of traditional classical enlightening; grasp the pulse of the forward-looking, and other characteristics, and good at learning and using the language of the people, by the people infected with the language of the masses, encouraging the masses; dogmatic hate language, the language of bureaucracy. The main features of the Deng Xiaoping era style performance: insists that the truth, dare to self-criticism, contains speak weight, adhere to problem-oriented, and adhere hands, adhere to short fine, concise but yet profound humor, also highlighted the performance of its approachable, practical work hard style.Lastly, the article points out the existing problems of style, and produces the negative impact. Style main problems which have: wishy-washy, official full of gas, put Hydra array, divorced from reality, etc. The reasons are: administrative documents construction system is imperfect, regulatory oversight in place; punishment was too light intensity, and the lacks of deep thought, deviation values, lack the courage to tell the truth, missing the masses, ideological problems such as the lace of party spirit. The existences of these problems seriously affect the style of the party and the government’s image, and on the people’s interests, the impact of the social atmosphere.Then, the paper explores the construction of a new style of contemporary issues, describes the basic meaning of a new style. this paper established the theoretical framework by practiced mass line, proposed style changes approach and goals, demonstrated that only socialism with Chinese characteristics to create a new writing style is the actual situation in China.Also study the ideological foundation of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics of the new style, approach and key elements. Criteria delineated new style of socialism with Chinese characteristics, necessary to reflect the high from the low mass characteristics, logical characteristics embody the spirit of the times, and renewal reflects national characteristics.Finally, the paper discusses the specific measures to build a new of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Namely, that optimizes the quality of party members and cadres, improve style building system, strengthen supervision and standardize style. Only improving the internal quality, strengthening the system construction and external oversight, ensure the smooth development of socialism with Chinese characteristics a new style of community and long-term development.
