Xinhe township of Hangzhou Tonglu county located in the southeast of Tonglu county, it adjacent to Zhuji, Pujiang and Fuyang. It having abundant red cultural resources. Eve of the victory of the Anti Japanese, Zhe Dong guerrilla built Anti Japanese democratic government of Xinmin township here. The JinXiao detachment was in Xinhe township. Now it has twelve place of the history of sites, includes clothing factory, repair institute,JinXiao newspaper, rear hospital, training class, logistics department of Jin Xiao detachment and so on. In1986, Provincial People’s Government named Xinhe township of Tonglu county is “old revolutionary base ”. In recent years, TongLu county government has made a lot of efforts to protect and develop these red cultural resources, but there are still many problems. The main defect is it can’t reflect “JinXiao Spirit”, and make it become the resources, content and space of the new era of ideological and political education.As the essence of the red cultural resources in Xinhe township of TongLu County, “JinXiao Spirit” is a kind of red revolutionary spirit, which includes "firm conviction, hard struggle, selfless dedication, innovation, relying on the masses". It is the lack of time and the need of the ideological and political education. To carry forward “JinXiao Spirit” and promote the ideological and political education, we must protect and develop the material carrier of "JinXiao Spirit" in a scientific and reasonable way, which can service the development and innovation of ideological and political education in the new era. Therefore we must explore the realization route of "JinXiao Spirit" promoting ideological and political education. From the ideological and political education basis, subject, effect,enhance the degree of civilization of villagers by researching on red culture, carry out the ideological and political education to the local villagers, the government as well as the foreign tourists, the province of the young people by the means of the development of red cultural industry, creating a red network platform and so on. Let "JinXiao Spirit" into the ideological and political education, construct the effective mechanism of the combination of the two, dig out the rules and provide regional experience and practical basis for the regional development of the ideological and political education.
