Since the outbreak of the revolution in 2011, more than five years,Egypt’s political reform has become the focus of attention of the world.On the one hand, the unique geographical position of Egypt and the Mediterranean around the rich oil resources, destined to the Egyptian legend and changeable fate. On the other hand, Egypt belongs to the third world countries, the course of constitutional development will inevitably be concerned by the developing countries. The constitutional development in Egypt, is a typical representative of the constitutional construction in developing countries. The conflict between traditional culture and Western Constitutionalism, the compatibility between common law and religious law, and the dilemma of economy and politics are common problems faced by the constitutional reform in developing countries. Therefore, as a typical example, Egypt’s constitutional change has great research value. When studying the constitutional issues of Egypt, it is inevitable to introduce the classical theory of Western Constitutionalism. It is no doubt that the constitutionalism is the product of the development of capitalism, is a form of democratic politics, is one of the standards of the modern country, is the inevitable legal issue.The plight of the development of constitutional government in Egypt,outstanding performance on the contradiction between their traditional and western constitutionalism, which is inseparable from the study of the modern history of Egypt. Therefore, this paper uses historical research,comparative research and text research methods, from the time dimension to French administrative meeting, of the British constitutional monarchy,the presidential Republic system and a post Mubarak era to explore the western constitutionalism mode in the experiment of Egypt. Based on the text, combined with the study of the international economic andinternational political factors, research the concrete construction of the organization structure and spiritual belief in the development of the Egyptian constitution. As mentioned above, Egypt’s constitutional development process not only has great influence for countries in the Middle East and North Africa, but also has important instruction function to the constitutional construction of the whole developing country. I will try to from the perspective of constitutional transplantation and localization, summarizing some relevant experiences and lessons from Egypt’s trajectory, in order to our country and even the whole constitution state political change can benefit, which is also the main purpose of this paper.
