A Research On Reproductive Rights In Law

Fertility is a kind of instinctive behavior of a natural person, and it is necessary in the development of human beings of reproduction. As the basic human rights of the citizen, the innate right can’t be deprived no matter when and no matter for what reason.For this year, the scholars has obtained certain research results in all aspects of the reproductive rights,which has made the system of reproductive rights tend to be more mature. Especially in recent years, our country is gradually adopted a policy of "two children" alone, the universal two-child policy, making the study of reproductive rights to a new height.Based on the "the universal two-child " policy, this article discuss around two aspects of reproductive rights which are controversial and use mainly the conceptual analysis, case analysis, comparative analysis and study methods such as literature research. It analyze the basic theory of reproductive rights such as:the concept of reproductive rights and power, discussing several special reproductive body reproductive rights existence and how to realize the problem.This article includes the preface, text and epilogue part and the text part mainly consists of the following four parts:The first part is a basic theoretical analysis of reproductive rights. This part mainly introduces the concept of reproductive rights; Reproductive rights power mainly includes the reproductive decisions, and information of fertility control information, etc; It also introduced several kinds of reproductive rights theory of the nature of the debate, and puts forward the author’s view that the properties of the reproductive rights is personality right.The second part is the introduction of single women’s reproductive rights. It simply summarizes the academic circles about the disputes about the single women of reproductive rights and put forward the single women reproductive rights on the basis of the author’s view about how to implement the security single women.The third part is the introduction of male reproductive rights issues and the men here include married men and the single men.There is no doubt that men shall also enjoy the right of reproduction, so this part introduces the realization of reproductive rights impede men as well as advice on how to realize the reproductive rights.Finally, this paper mainly introduces the condemned reproductive rights issues, the executed prisoners here mainly refers to that convicted criminals executed but not yet. In this part,the author affirms that the death shall enjoy the right of birth at the same time and also puts forward his own opinion about guaranteeing its reproductive rights, hoping that the study of this problem has certain positive role.
