Research About Spiritual Care For Wubao Elder With Social Work Interview

With the accelerating of aging population in the world, China slowly begins to enter the aging society, the aging problem of the rural population has become more and more severe. Especially the elderly as a special group without relative, friends and so on. However, the author through personal experience and the collection of relevant literature, found that spiritual care problems of the rural elderly did not got enough attention. Study on the rural elderly in the spiritual care aspects of society is relatively less, society, government and families of the rural elder’s spiritual support related measures. There is short of. paper from the mental problems of the elderly, by investigating the living status of nursing home elderly in the elderly, analysis in the spiritual care problems, and find out the root cause.In view of so many problems, the author mainly through the W nursing home for several months, used interviews, data analysis, literature analysis, and carried on the questionnaire survey for 32 elderly, the author found that they lack of spiritual care, and the author mainly measured from four dimensions, including the surrounding of the old man, staff, volunteers and government employees. The older people are in short of spiritual care in these aspects. In order to delay the aging of the elderly psychological, strengthen the ability of interpersonal relationship and enhance their self-esteem and confidence. The older people were more satisfied with life now, and felt love from the outside, made their life full of love. So the author decided to select the group mutual way and organized group activities for them. At the same time, the author selected a typical man as a case of the service object, using the social psychological model and mode of treatment and other professional methods. The study found that, by selecting the group mutual method and case method, the social work improved the mental quality of life of the elderly. Because the elderly participated in social activities, they have built a certain support network, and their psychology has been met successfully. At the same time, the author also through each stage intervention evaluation and reflection on the social workers involved in the effect of analysis method, summed up experience and deficiency.This paper’s aim is to explore and innovate on social work in nursing home for elderly services, and discuss the mode of reproduction. What’s more, the author hopes to enrich the practice of social work theory and practice mode through such research, for the education and welfare pension institutions reference, and provide better service for the elderly who can get the spiritual love.
