Research On Right Protection Of Juveniles In Families

Today’s juveniles will be the master of the future and therefore protecting juveniles is exactly protecting the continuation and development of human beings. The issue of protecting the rights of juveniles is an essential requirement for the sustainable development of a nation or even all human beings and it is significant for promoting the development of human rights cause. The discourse of the juvenile right is a challenge to the traditional perception of the relationship between the nation and the families, which is developing towards a new direction. At different historical stages, the intervention strength and scale of the nation to the families are different. Facing the question that whether the nation should intervene the autonomy of families or to what degree the nation can intervene the families, some scholars argued that families are autonomous under the principle of freedom and other scholars believed that the nation should intervene the families. The ideas vary from school to school. The change of modern social relations has made national intervention an important protection for the interests of juveniles. However,the intervention should be limited to certain degree. For that reason, based on the understanding of juveniles, rights as well as juvenile right, this study will analyze the basic rights of juveniles in families, understanding the basic problems such as main body,content and principles of juvenile right, clarifying the logic, content and value foundation of the right theories of juvenile in families. Based on the experiences of protecting juvenile rights in families in other countries, this study will also provide a kind of theoretical foundation for the legislation and policy-making of Chinese juvenile rights protection.By illustrating the above problems, this study will supplement and perfect the right theories study and further deepen the theoretical study of juvenile rights protection in families. It is hoped that this theoretical study will draw the attention of all walks of life to the problem of juveniles so as to further reflect on the status and freedom of juveniles in families. In so doing, a better social environment will be created for juveniles to enable them realize their development and to maximize their value.
