The Kurds is the only one of the five main ethnic in Middle East without founding the independent nation. The Kurdish problem includes the relevant regions or countries’ internal demands of Kurdish(such as Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Syria) of ethnic identity respect and recognition, expansion the national rights, equal participation in state affairs, and independently deciding the fate of political and economic issues. In this article, it mainly discusses the problem’s impact on the Middle East, and the Middle East, the world pattern’s restriction on the Kurdish problem. The article makes the Kurdish problem as the research object, because it aims at the theme of the international system and interactive relationship of specific regional ethnic problems. Kurdistan stands in the crossroads of the Middle East countries, and is more sensitive to the world pattern. In addition, factors involved are complex so that it can clearly display the interactive process. This article is divided into four parts, based on time lines. The first part traces the origin of the Kurdish problem and reviews the world pattern and the Middle East before World War II. After World War I, the entente countries sign Treaty of Lausanne with Turkey, under which the newly-built Middle East restricts the bud of the pattern of Kurdish national movement. And the Kurdish problem is restricted not only by the world pattern but the pattern in the Middle East. Although Iraqi Kurdish Uprising ends in failure in World War II, it has caused an important impact on the changeable world pattern. The second part focuses on the Kurdish problem and emphasizes that the Kurdish problem has much influence on pattern in the Middle East and the world pattern. Until now, Kurdish national independence movement has been lasting for so long time, The Kurdish people play force by force under the bipolar structure, rush fiercely under the multipolar pattern, and build the almost independence nation under the broken pattern. It reflects that the ethnic problems have much impact on regional landscape and the importance of time. The third part puts the pattern in the first place, and mainly explores theregulatory effect of pattern of national appeal. Under the bipolar structure, the problem is blasting fuse that the Soviet Union will be to break the Middle East blockade. By the end of the Cold war, the Kurdish national movement is restricted to the pattern of regulation such that has caused huge losses. After the Cold war, the Middle East, gradually broken, provides favorable conditions for the Kurdish independence. The conclusion part mainly talks about the theory discussed in this article.Inspired by the international pattern theory, it puts forward some relevant running regularities of regional landscape.
