A Study On Xi Jinping’s Thought On The Livelihood Of People

Actually, people’s livelihood construction has been an important issue of national development and social construction. China has the great tradition of concerning about the people’s livelihood which make it as the focus of social development issues since ancient times. After the founding of new China, it has put forward of “localization and share changes” explicitly under the leadership of the first leading group of Mao Zedong. It aims to promote the economic growth rapidly in order to solve the social problems and improve people’s livelihood. With the guidance of Marxism Leninism and Mao Zedong’s thought, the communist party of China’s leader of Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping always pay attention to the livelihood of Chinese. They put forward the new theory of people’s livelihood construction according to the requirements of the times and the complicated international situation. Since Xi Jinping is at the helm of the state, he points out that the government should regard solving “people’s livelihoods” as significant areas for government work. He forms the unique thinking of the people’s livelihood and publishes a series of important exposition in practice. They put the masses’ interest as the starting point of all work and unite the masses of the people to pursue the goal of the happy life. It promotes the construction of people’s livelihood gradually.by promoting the growth of economy, deepening the social reform, the construction of legal system, a series of top-level design and reasonable layout. Xi Jinping proposes to pursue the quality of people’s life and optimize the ecological environment so that hundreds of millions of people can share development achievements, expanding the connotation and extension of the people’s livelihood construction gradually. It can promote the all-round development of people effectively.The logical structure of this paper is as following:The first part is the introduction. In order to grasp Mr. Xi’s thought of people’s livelihood overall, we analysis and excavate of these research results by using materialist dialectics, literature analysis, inductive and deductive methods to comb the domestic and foreign various exposition of Xi Jinping comprehensively. From the new perspective, we do the study of the connotation, characteristics and historical value of Xi Jinping’s people’s livelihood thought on this basis.The second part is the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping’s livelihood thought. Combing the Marxist view of people’s livelihood and the livelihood of Mao Zedong’s thought and the construction of Chinese socialism with characteristics in the process of construction of the people’s livelihood thought. Xi’s thought of people’s livelihood is the inheritance, development, perfection and innovation of these ideas.The third part is the main content and characteristics of Xi Jinping’s livelihood thought. As follows: it proposes the comprehensive analysis of historical background and the developing process of Xi Jinping from the brand-new angle of view elaborated Xi Jinping’s livelihood thought connotation. The goal of Xi Jinping’s people’s livelihood construction is the people’s happiness. The power of people’s livelihood construction is reforming and opening up. The way of people’s livelihood construction is economic growth. The people’s livelihood construction is the rule of law and people’s livelihood construction quality is a well-off society. Xi Jinping’s thought of people’s livelihood is scientific and revolutionary, contemporary and lasting, principle and beneficial.The fourth part is the historical status and contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s livelihood thought. The historical position as follows: it is pointed out that the livelihood thought of Xi Jinping is the scientific understanding of the law of Chinese socialist construction. It is also the valuable spiritual wealth of the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese people. It is also the embodiment of the people’s livelihood from the view of Marx’s world outlook and methodology. The party and state must persist in for the long-term construction of the guiding ideology. The contemporary value as follows: the thought of people’s livelihood of Xi Jinping is the new breakthrough of the Communist Party’s ruling concept. It is new theory of people’s livelihood construction all over the world. It is the new practice and development of the scientific socialism theory. It is also the new banner of the international communist movement development.The fifth part is the conclusion. This part summarizes, analyzes and puts forward the innovation of this paper mainly. From the perspective of the new interpretation of Xi Jinping’s thought connotation and characteristics; it proposes the scientific analysis of the historical status of Xi Jinping’s thought and contemporary value.
