Study On The Perfection Of Social Investigation System Of Juvenile Criminal Cases

As a major criminal judiciary,Youth Crime investigation has applied and enforced in many countries in the world.In China,the investigation has introduced into criminal litigation law,but not fully enforced.The investigation has the positive effects on healthy growth of the youth,and its function are based on the solid legal and psychological basis.The practices in US,Germany and Japan provide the constructive reference,the effective enforcenment of the investigation has not only democratic but also practical significance.The enforcement of the investigation should be focused on the obstacles in the process,to analyze the cause,improve the regulations and avoid the investigator,scope of the investigation,time,content and the attribute of the report.To provide adequate fund,and the mechanism for cross-region investigation.Which all could facilitate the functionality of the investigation in youth crime judiciary.
