Research On The National Security Law Between China And The United States

The country’s development and stability is a prerequisite for social and outside the country are in a secure environment, whether the security system environment for national development and national security is closely linked to the formation of internal, how to form a national security institutions rely on the country in terms of security laws enacted. Worldwide US national security system is most perfect, self-protection in its national security is most careful, the main reason is that the existing 1947 guidance of US "national security law". USA 1947 "National Security Act" has the meaning of the guidelines and reference in the world, which developed a comprehensive national security system and a complex system of national security for the United States.China on national security law making to achieve a qualitative leap, promulgated in 2015, "National Security Law", which issued to strengthen the country in terms of security provided theoretical guidance, but also for national security implementation of the guidelines direction.
