Study On Delicacy Management For Traffic Police In Wuhai

With the deepening of the reform in public security management,delicacy management,as an effective management tool in the field of modern management, attracted increasingly widespread in the public security organ’s police management. The traffic police as a launching, most face-to-face contact with the masses, has its particularity. Delicacy management originated in the Western countries, and flourished in Japanese companies. Our country is being gradually extended by the tax, banks and other organizations to the police and other government departments. Delicacy management applying to traffic police has its necessity and feasibility. Of course, it is still in exploring stage. In the management of systems, procedures, methods, effects, there are some problems. It requires a combination with the specific situation of the public security organ, draws lessons from the advanced experience of mature cases at the same time, and improves constantly in practice.Wuhai civic public security bureau in recent years has been committed to research and explore scientific and effective policing management mechanism, and efforts to achieve the delicacy management effective application in policing management, in order to fully stimulate the police’s responsibility and potential. This study practices in wuhai civic traffic police detachment of delicacy management as the object of empirical analysis, uses the delicacy management theory as the analysis tool, and discusses in-depth analysis on progress, the main problems and causes of the delicacy management of wuhai civic traffic police. In other parts of the reference to the police, on the basis of the delicacy management experience, the author respectively puts forward the improvement of the traffic police of delicacy management countermeasures and suggestions from the concept of construction, evaluation mechanism, system design and performance evaluation.
