A Comment On How To Improve China’s Financial Supervision Legal System

Since May 2015, Chinese stock market runs to breakdown, share price has fallen to crash, the economic market suffered huge damage, the situation has been called "Chinese type crash". The crash has exposed many loopholes and shortcomings of the legal system of financial supervision. With the development of financial and economic integration and the rapid development of financial innovation, perfecting the legal supervision system of the financial industry is very important in the national economic development. This article is different from the usual thinking of the financial crisis and deal with the general and general analysis, but based on the "Chinese type crash", deeply analysing the reasons for the crash outbreak of the regulatory level, emphasizing old problems, putting forward new questions. And starting from the national conditions, combined with foreign advanced experience and its own structural characteristics, put forward effective improvement measures. This is of great significance to deal with the current financial risks and prevent the financial crisis in the future.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into three chapters:The first sector illuminates some basic concepts and theories, then on this basis, introduces the specific circumstances of Chinese type crash and the relationship between the stock market crash, financial crisis and financial supervision.The second sector in view of the stock market crash, analyzes the existing problems of the law system on Chinese financial supervision, emphasizes old problems, put forward new questions, makes a comprehensive, specific and characteristic analysis to the problems of the stock market crash in the regulatory aspects.The third sector based on the stock market crash, learned from foreign experience and combined with national conditions, gives concrete measures and suggestions to a complete law system on Chinese financial supervision. As the final result of this paper, this chapter undertakes the important task of putting forward the effective improvement measures.
