The Research Of Traffic Accident Two Insurance Consolidated Compensation Issues

The most basic function of traffic accident third party liability insurance is to compensate the victim. When there is the situation of the compulsory motor vehicle traffic accident liability insurance and the commercial motor vehicle traffic accident liability insurance coexisting, rationalizing the relationship between them is beneficial to guarantee the victim’s right and interests in traffic accident and has its significance of theory and practice. In this paper, we based on the traffic compulsory insurance and commercial third party insurance, starting from dealing with the relationship of the two insurance, then, discuss the scope of a third party, the definition of the third party claim, the type of the two insurance and their compensation order. In addition, we put forward specific suggestions to the problem of traffic compulsory insurance and commercial third party insurance inadequate compensation.
