Research On Legal Issues Of Mining Right Investment

System of mining right was based on mineral resources and it was an effective way to solving the single utilization mode and inefficient use of mineral resources.Mining right investment and transfer has experienced a procedure from prohibition to permission,the regulation about capital contribution in Corporation Law provided a much broader space for the development of mining right investment.However,the regulation about mining right investment in our country’s legislation is still so incomplete,and there is still vigorous disagreement on right attribute investment rules of mining right in academic department,which brings huge hindrance to the multilevel utilization of mining right. Along with the establishment and revolution of the socialist market economy,mining rights as shareholder’s investment is an inexorable trend of economic laws.This paper mainly explained what is mining right and right attribute of mining right,proved that mining right could be used as investment by introducing the theory of non-monetary assets contribution,on the basis of that combed the substantive and procedural things to implement mining right investment,which brings theoretical reference to the improvement of mining right investment.
