Analysis On Influencing Factors Of Occupational Mobility Among Migrant Workers In Beijing

In the new normal stages of economic development, China’s economic growth is slowing down.we upgrade the industrial structure.This brings new challenges to the professional development of migrant workers.Migrant workers in the urban labor market experience different forms of occupational mobility.This promoted China’s urbanization.Based on previous studies,we use the data from school of Economics and Management of Beijing Forestry University in 2013 from July to August conducted in Beijing.we use liner regression method and ordered logistic regression method.we analysis the Influencing factors of Occupational Mobility frequency and direction among Migrant Workers in Beijing.Study found that Migrant workers work experience and occupational mobility frequency inverted "U" type distribution.They have more occupational mobility frequencies who had been trained and who worked through friends and relatives.They were able to experience upward occupational mobility that who had longer education years and who hold vocational qualification certificate.Appropriate occupational mobility of migrant workers is likely to enhance the income level and occupational status. Based on the above conclusions, we propose to strengthen investment in education and training, improve the overall quality of migrant workers, establish and improve the employment service system, promote employment information communication policy recommendations to promote the orderly flow of migrant workers,This article has some novelty in the research perspective and research data. It deeped the academic community of migrant workers occupational mobility issues.
