Fujian maritime bureau needs by means of information technology, change the service mode, vigorously carry out the construction of E-government in maritime, improve work efficiency, enhance the level of public services in maritime, maritime service of high quality, high efficiency, convenient for the public. A new round of technological revolution and the industrial revolution is gaining momentum, cloud computing, networking, big data, electronic payment and mobile Internet and other information technology innovation, in which change rapidly "Internet plus" and "big data" under the background of speeding up the construction of E-government of Fujian maritime bureau, deepen the application of e-government, to provide effective the way for the construction of service-oriented maritime maritime, to promote the "three" of the building, to promote the reform of the maritime law enforcement model to promote the transformation and upgrading, optimizing the maritime maritime public service has important significance.This paper aims to study the construction of service-oriented government, "Internet plus" under the background of the rapid development of information technology, how to build "maritime intelligence", by promoting the "Internet plus maritime", build maritime e-government platform, to enhance maritime public service level and promote the scientific development of the sea. Finally, from the five aspects of Fujian maritime e-government top-level design planning, promote maritime interoperability of information resources, to build e-government service platform, improve the e-government system, strengthen information security capacity building etc. well summarized, put forward to accelerate the train of thought and the countermeasure in Fujian maritime bureau e-government construction.
