And in the perspective of Hu Ge ji le tu, analysis of the death penalty control to guarantee innocent person’s root of right relief, also it is the embodiment of the value of justice and goodness. Finally based on the present situation in our country, in the judicial, legislative and social level, analyzed the death control measures, for the death penalty and human rights protection to provide more route choice.
