About Xi Jinping’s Theory Of Ideals And Beliefs

Since the 18 th Session of the National People’s Congress, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has a profound analysis and understanding of the world situation, circumstances and the party situation from the overall and strategic perspective.At the same time, the Communist Party of China constantly enriches the new idea of governance, puts forward the new judgments of loving party and anti-corruption, and perfects the new way of benefiting people’s livelihood, which all embodies the organic unification of time, creativity and development. As a result, there is new theoretical direction for the Communist Party of China, new ideological connotation endowed for Socialism with Chinese characteristics, and Marxist theory gets new development, and there will be new spirit and power for the realization of national revival, which is the theoretical, scientific and progressing integration. Faced with new circumstances in new era, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Xi Jinping as the General Secretary accurately assesses the situation and proposes the construction and education of ideals and beliefs. Ideal and belief is a spiritual flag, leading the advance and development of nation, party and people. It is the necessary requirement under the new situation to strengthen the construction and promote the system of ideals and beliefs.Through the overall understanding of Xi Jinping’s view of ideals and beliefs, this thesis deeply discusses its content, time value and the way of practice. This thesis starts with the analysis of formation background of Xi Jinping’s view, and provides the specific explanation of theoretical sources and practical foundation. Xi Jinping’s view of ideals and beliefs can be traced back to not only Marxist classical writer’s understanding of ideals and beliefs but also including the first generation of central collective leadership represented by MAO Zedong’s theory of ideals and beliefs, at the same time also includes the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up people in practice constantly understanding and the development of theory of ideals and beliefs.
