Now,China is in the peirod of social transformation and reform of the deep water area, while the economy has entered a new normal, along with the accelerating process of urbanization, the rural community, comes into being. The development of rural community plays an important role on promoting the level of the urbanization and the modern agriculture, increasing farmers’income. It changes the residents’lifestyle, production mode, and breaks the old system of agriculture.However, we should see soberly, the current construction of China’s rural communities still exist many problems. In this article,we take Shandong Zhucheng as an example, anlysing the famers low participation, the confusing management system and the low level of public service. And then, we analyse the reasons to make sure the progress of rural community.2016 Central Document stressed that the interests of the masses is of great importance to the party and the country, we should continue to enhance the well-being of farmers, to promote the new socialist countryside construction. Make full use of rural traditional industries to change industrial structure and agricultural development mode. Through developing green agriculture, promoting industrial integration, enhaning the coordination of urban and rural, realizes urbanization and the building of new socialist countryside, making sure farmers sharing the results of the reform. Rural community construction is the only way to promote urbanization and realize common prosperity, while the relevant construction of the community can not be ignored. Therefore, the right way to the rural community construction is improving relevant laws, innovating the community management system, protecing the interests of farmers and promoting social coordination, to realise the harvest of material civilization and spiritual civilization.
