Study On The Role Of The Main Channel Of The Rule Of Law In Resolving Social Contradictions

The current Chinese society is in transition period, social conflicts occur more and more frequently, with our party proposed the goal of "ruling the country by law and building a socialist country under the rule of law" and by the way of the rule of law resolve social contradictions of the related research has been the attention of scholars. Since the eighteen party, the central government has repeatedly put forward to improve the use of the rule of law and the rule of law and the rule of law to deepen reform, promote development, resolve conflicts, maintain stable capacity". However, in the current practice, the main channel to resolve social contradictions is still a lack of standardized administrative means.
