On The Construction Of Service Orientedgovernment In China Citizen Participation Research

China’s government reform one of the goals is to build a service-oriented government, on the one hand, the construction of the service type government to government itself to make the reform of sincerity, the courage to change the administrative way, on the other hand, service oriented government requires citizens to actively participate in, government and citizen two-way communication to achieve. In the eighteen report of the party, it is pointed out that the service oriented government should be built to satisfy the people. Our government is also actively promoting the construction of service oriented government, has made some achievements, such as the gradual diversification of the way of citizen participation, participation in the field gradually diversified, to participate in the influence of strengthening. But we have to see my country in the course of the construction of the service type government construction, citizen participation and there are still a series of problems and restricting factors, mainly for citizens to participate in the official way is too narrow, a mere formality; citizen participation ability still present disorder; citizen participation in social organization degree is low, showing abnormal. The degree of organization of citizen participation is low. On the basis of this, the reasons for the plight of citizen participation are discussed. The main reasons are the influence of the traditional bad political culture, the restriction of the level of education and the economic situation, the security mechanism of citizen participation. This article is in analysis in the construction of service-oriented government in our country citizen participation on the basis of existing problems and restricting factors, discussion on the path from the government, civil society and the three aspects, in order for our good citizens to participate in providing reference path.
