So party and the government are paying more attention to the public servant training, and even put their training in an outstanding position. For this not only the enactment of the People’s Republic of China Law on civil service, also enacted the relevant civil service training series specification documents, to grass-roots training for civil servants in China and here to the ability-oriented, continuous compliance training system, the deepening of research training. However, the training of civil servants in our country is still at an early stage, compared with developed countries still have much to improve the area, such as training mode does not meet training objectives, training fails to achieve the desired strength training ability, sticking to the original pattern of training information not updated, less targeted and so on, these problems also affect the enthusiasm of the participants. Facing the above problems, how to improve the ability of civil servants so that they meet the age requirements, people who can contribute to social development.Article expected through the training of civil servants in order to train the talent available, so their training to develop the concepts and theories related to the specification Civil servant training system and situation and compare, it is easy to see the gaps, our training for civil servants also need to continue to improve the development, needs to draw suitable lessons.
