Collective land conversion has become a development trend, and the research has become increasingly rich.After the third plenary session of the eighteenth, land reform direction is set, the collective land conversion become the focus of, the collective land conversion policy has also been identified. collective land conversion trading is not an easy task, however, need to be treated, with the various aspects, such as economy, legislation and support, but also may need to prevent a series of social problems.This article take the literature research, comparative research and interdisciplinary study. Through the arrangement 、classification、analysis about collection and the collective land conversion, summarized the relevant literature on information, understand the history and status quo of relevant issues, summarizes the research viewpoints of scholars to transfer collective construction land market.At the same time, using multidisciplinary theory, method and results to study the problems of the collective land conversion, combing the policy of collective land conversion since the founding of our country, combined with actual situation in our country now, compare to the current land policy, seek experience in history, avoid detours, to make a more comprehensive specifically put forward effective solutions. Study found that most of the study concentrated on the collective land conversion is in theory, less about an empirical analysis of the collective land conversion. Therefore, the author makes every effort to strengthen the market circulation of collective land conversion of empirical research, to understand the influence about collective land conversion of rural economic development, to perfect collective land conversion system.
