Mass as the main body of the development of human society, in order to survive and develop better, they pay physical and mental work constantly, for making outstanding contributions to the development of society. The mass line of this idea is relatively early, it was proposed as a concept in the end of 1920 s for the first time,and pointed out the direction of the victory of the revolution. In the new historical period, the Communist Party of China become the core leading national power, the reason for creating a new situation socialist road is adhering to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, close ties with the masses, put the interests of the masses of the people in the first place.Party’s mass line with Chinese characteristics, represented by Mao Zedong, Chinese Communist Party combined Marx’s mass concept, mass ideology with China’s actual situation creatively.It’s the formation of the excellent results. Although our party is full of vitality, in terms of thinking and style is still inadequate. Therefore, after the 18 th CPC National Congress, in order to put up the mass line of CPC education practical activity, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee, and require all levels to carry out. Studying and researching this important measure of how to build the party, how to build a party provides an important theoretical basis for the party’s leadership and the direction of the country for the future of the party’s construction.This article mainly divides into the following several parts according to the mass line educational practice research:The first part is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this topic, as well as the mass line of domestic and foreign research present situation, explain the research methods and innovation of this paper. The second part mainly expounds the theoretical and practical basis of the mass line educational practice. In the third part, it clarifies the background, main content and main methods of the party’s mass line educational practice, which lays the foundation for the study of the times value and experience of the party’s mass line educational practice. The fourth part of the party’s mass line of educational practice time value from three aspects is studied and discussed. Namely: consolidating the party’s ruling position, promoting the construction of democratic politics and safeguarding the people’s fundamental interests. The fifth part summarizes the experience of the party’s mass line educational practice, and lay the foundation for the future of the party’s mass line educational practice. The last part is the conclusion, which is the summary of this paper.
