Research On The Influence Of Patent On The Intellectual Property Right Competitiveness Of Chinese Animation Industry

The animation industry is a new form of industry which takes "creativity" as its core, and is highly combined with culture, art and modern science and technology. Intellectual property is a kind of exclusive that the right holder to its creative intelligence achievement to the proprietary rights. The essence of the competitive advantage of the animation industry is to develop and manage the intellectual property right by the combination of creativity, technology and industrialization, and to form the advantage of intellectual property right competitiveness. Therefore, it has great significance for discussing the technovation development countermeasure of Chinese animation industry that having a correct understanding of the influence factors of the animation industry intellectual property right competitiveness, and studing on the competitive profile and problem of the technovation and patent application of Chinese animation industry from the perspective of the intellectual property rights protection in the animation industry, especially from the perspective of patent protection.This article mainly uses the method of theoretical and empirical analysis to discuss the influence of patent on the intellectual property right competitiveness of Chinese animation industry, and put forward the technovation development countermeasure. Specifically divided into the following sections: firstly, discussing the form of intellectual property protection in the animation industry under the legal system of China’s intellectual property rights; secondly, finding out the main factors influencing the intellectual property right competitiveness of Chinese animation industry by using the analytic hierarchy process; thirdly, using the patent information analysis tool to discuss the influence of patent on the intellectual property right competitiveness of Chinese animation industry, and to analysis the patent competitive profile and problem of Chinese animation industry, and then putting forward the technovation development countermeasure of Chinese animation industry on these grounds.Through the analysis and suggestions above, this paper provides an effective basis for the development of the patent competitive countermeasure of Chinese animation industry.
