A Study On The Style Construction Of The Post Sixteenth Communist Party Of China Congress

The style construction of the Chinese Communist Party is critical for the survival and future of the Chinese Communist Party and China, which is also a long historical question. To solving the problems about the style construction of the Communist Party of China is not only an important aspect in the ongoing construction of the Communist Party of China, but also a noticeable pointcut that the Communist Party of China improves the leadership, governing capability,the ability of dealing with the risk and honest and clean ability. Therefore, under the new situation, Chinese Communist Party is always attaches great importance to the style construction, because of its theoretical and practical significance on the promoting process of whether the Party’s scientific construction or the socialism modernization construction with Chinese characteristics.The paper has analyzed the importance, necessity and the new process and content of the style construction of the Chinese Communist Party since the Sixteenth National Congress, provided a brief summary of the style construction result and inspiration, and previewed the future development of the style construction. Also, it has briefly summarized the achievement and enlightenment, and made a preliminary outlook of the future development of the style construction, with dialectical materialism and historical materialism analysis method and literature analysis method. There are the main parts of the paper:Part I: This part is the introduction which has briefly explicated the significance of the research, its status, methods and the innovation of the dissertation.Part II: It expounded the importance and necessity of the style construction of the Chinese Communist Party. On the one hand, it analyzed the important position and effect of the style construction of the Chinese Communist Party in socialism with Chinese characteristics. On the other hand, it analyzed the problems that still existed in the style construction of the Chinese Communist Party, and also pointed out the solving of the problems is the new mission and challenge of the style construction of the Chinese Communist Party under the new situation.Part III: This part basically elaborated the new content and progress about the style construction of the Chinese Communist Party. Those content and progress were respectively made by the central committee with Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping as its general secretary. In Hu Jintao’s term, the primary task of the style construction is to be realistic and pragmatic and to maintain the advancement of the party in order to build a socialist core value system that bear feeling, execute power, and gain profits for the people. Since the Eighteenth National Congress, here are the further development of the style construction: it should be emphasized that the core issue of the style construction is the relationship between the party and the masses of the people; special attention shall be paid to the issues on formalism, hedonism, bureaucratism, and extravagance; the leading officials’ style of work should follow the principles of serious self cultivation, discipline, and power use and the guidance of being pragmatic when planing things, starting business, and conducting oneself; the instructional construction should be focused so that it can provide the style construction laws and regulations and ensure its development.Part IV: The final part expounded the advanced effect and inspiration of the style construction since the Sixteenth National Congress. That means we should always plays high importance on the style construction, take the building of an honest work style and a clean government as the priority among the priorities, strengthen the institutionalization and mechanism of the style construction, and continue to explore the rule of the style construction according to the new historical characteristics.Considering that the style construction of the Chinese Communist Party is always an important topic, we must pay attention to it.
