The Study About The Role Of Good Family Tradition In The Practice Of Socialist Core Values

The report of the Eighteenth National Congress requirements that, it must be comprehensive practice and cultivate socialist core values. Practicing and cultivating socialist core values is a systematic and long-term complex engineering, it must be fully expanded by the society, family and other fields. Family is the basic unit in the modern social structure, family tradition is the important factors that affect family members and the whole society civilization level. National excellent traditional culture can be inherited and developed through good family tradition. Family members is affected by the potential influence, and all the social members living in the society, will affect others around you at the same time. Family tradition is positive and folk custom is pure, folk custom is pure and national custom is clear. Good family tradition play an important role in cultivating socialist core values. Good family tradition is the family foundation, important carrier and important measures of practice of socialist core values.In today’s society, we are facing a series of problems to be solved, such as the only child’s education problem, official corruption, money worship and hedonism, interpersonal indifference. But what is undeniable is that, social problems in the final analysis is family problems, the effective treatment for social problems, must be based on family education, with cultivating good family tradition for breakthrough. The basic foundation of good family trait formation are national spirit and value orientation for thousands of years, which is also the spiritual motive force of the inheritance of Chinese people pass on from generation to generation, and it is also a basic driving force to Cultivate the socialist core values. Foster good family tradition is a gripper in practice the socialist core values, it has the very vital significance to boost the Chinese spirit in tne world, to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, to boost the mental state of the Chinese nation, to build the spiritual home of the Chinese children, to lead the faith pursuit of all the people, to fully implement the “Chinese dream” finally and so on.In this paper, I use literature analysis, historical analysis and comparative research, the method of combining the theory and practice. It mainly discusses the three aspects of content: the connotation of good family tradition, the role of good family tradition in the practice of socialist core values, the way to cultivate good family trait in the new period. The study of family tradition is from surface to deepen constantly, from ancient times to the present, from the level of knowledge to the level of action, from micro to macro, from multiple perspectives to the consensus. That some are good, it is worth for reference, but there are also something worthy in-depth study. For example, there are many articles to discuss what is family tradition, but the concept and characteristics of good family tradition is not as detailed in the paper. The study of the way to cultivate good family tradition is also not enough detailed and comprehensive. In addition, between cultivating good family tradition and practicing the socialist core values, there still exist the phenomenon of “two pieces of skin”, and there is not enough research for the relationship between the two. The results of this paper lies in: first, summing up the concept and characteristics of the good family tradition on the basis of discussing the origin and development of family tradition, the concept and characteristics of family tradition; Second, discussing the important role of good family tradition in the practice of socialist core values, confirmed that practicing the socialist core values must cultivating good family trait; Third, comprehensive and systematic analysis the way to cultivate good family tradition from the family, school, society and other aspects.
