Thanks to a series of social changes and development in economics, science and technology, like economic globalization, the reducing of barriers to trade, the weakening of national economy control, people all over the world enjoy many conveniences. Economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation between countries all over the world get increasingly frequent. On the contrary, international organized crime that cross the frontier appeared. According to the new social phenomenon, which is becoming a topic and focus, this thesis will be discussed in this paper. With the pure domestic have organized violent crime, transnational organized crime of violence, or said to have organized violent crime organization, there is the specific causes of, these are rooted in the economic, political and cultural environment factors, and has shown the inherent characteristics. For this has organized violent crime behavior law (i.e. for organized violent crime behavior the legal definition and combat mode) are not the same, with the organized violent crime measures are different in different countries. However, there is one common point, that is reflected in the emphasis on the treatment of organized violence. Because of the violent crime of organized violence, it is also relatively strict in the criminal law to combat the crime of organized violence. At present, with the increasingly close relationship between China and South Korea in the economy, on the other side, exchanges between criminal organization in China and South Korea have become frequent. They act not only within a country’s borders, but cross the national borders and expand international criminal activity. Due to the global characteristic they have, these organised violence crime which achieve the maximum economic benefits for the purpose between two countries bring absolute threat to whether Korea or China. Worryingly, the organized crime also showed continued growth and diversification. This is definitely not a easy problem that can be solved by a single country. How to deal with the international violent crime organization? This is a common challenge that all the country have to face.To face the crime across the countries, it’s difficult to find solutions to solve the problem with only one country’s criminal policy. We need to combine the domestic criminal law and semi money laundering criminal law and regulations together with each other, need to combine the appropriate domestic legislation with international conventions, at the same time, we also need to achieve international cooperation in related fields from a single international criminal cooperation to multi-cooperation in criminal, administrative and financial fields, and set up legal system of international cooperation which can control the crime.Based on the above viewpoints, in the first part of this thesis, we analyze and compare legal definition of organized violent crime in China and South Korea. In the second part, compare the reasons for the formation of organized violent crime in China and South Korea. Then in the third part, something about violence prevention and countermeasures in China and South Korea are compared and analyzed. Finally, in the fourth part, we will put forward cooperation countermeasure to face violent group hand in hand between China and South Korea, so as to jointly resist terrorist incidents which are the representative of organized crime of violence behavior, which is also the significance of this study.
