Study On The Ways Of Improving And Perfecting The Inner-party Supervision Mechanism

At present, China is in a critical period of social transformation, the international and domestic situation occurred many changes, the construction of the party put forward severe challenges. At the same time, to the inner-party supervision mechanism proposed new topics and new requirements. In our country, nowadays, all kinds of social contradictions are relatively concentrated, conflicts are more prominent, understanding the perfect inner-party supervision mechanism for the importance of the construction of the party, to understand the inner party supervision mechanism deficiencies, a profound analysis of the reasons for weakness of inner-party supervision mechanism, explore and perfect the countermeasures for improving inner-party supervision mechanism, it has important and realistic significance for the development and construction of the party. Perfecting the inner-party supervision mechanism is conducive to maintaining the purity and the advanced nature of the party, to preventing bad behavior of the inner-party, to conducing to the party’s policies and regulations more scientific and democratic, to ensuring the correct use of power, to ensuring the operation of power in the sun.Through literature survey, this paper mainly analyzes from four parts. The first part defines the connotation of inner-party supervision mechanism, and analyzes the elements of inner party supervision mechanism. The second part study the historical development context of the inner-party supervision mechanism: one is the development history of inner-party supervision mechanism between 1949 and 1978, the two is the development history of inner-party supervision mechanism since the reform and opening up, the three is the reform of inner-party supervision mechanism since the Sixteenth National People’s Congress, the new leadership is focusing on the innovation and development of inner-party supervision mechanism. The third part analyzes the problem from the subject of supervision, supervisory organization, supervisory procedure, the reason include supervisors and supervisee supervision consciousness is not enough, the leadership mechanism of supervision mechanism is not reasonable, the inner-party supervision system and regulations is not sound,the implementation of the inner-party supervision mechanism is not enough. In the fourth part,in view of the above question put forward perfecting inner-party power restriction and supervision and prevention and punishment mechanism, giving full play to the active role ofthe main body of supervision, formulating the detailed rules of the implementation,strengthening inner-party democracy, broaden the channels of supervision. Through to achieve "four features " of laws and regulations formulating the detailed rules for supporting system of inner-party supervision mechanism, also in response to emphasis the beforehand prevention mechanism of inner party supervision and guaranteeing right of the party member.The communist party of China through the above methods to improve and perfect the inner-party supervision mechanism.
