Review And Reconstruction: An Analysis Of The Protection Of The Rights Of Criminal Victims

At present, the system of criminal suspects and defendants’ rights protection has become more and more perfect, but the system of criminal victim’s rights protection is still relatively weak. Although the criminal procedure law was revised in 1996, established the status of the victim’s party, in 2012, also increased the number of victims of litigation rights. But overall, there are still many shortcomings. The provisions of the protection of the rights of the victims are still narrow and abstract, some of the lack of operational, resulting in the rights of victims in criminal justice is often difficult to get effective protection. In order to protect human rights and realize the aim of people oriented, we must improve the system of criminal victim’s rights protection, and provide a more adequate and effective protection for the victims from the legal and institutional aspects.The in the careful analysis of the criminal victim scope and their legal status, to the protection of the rights of as the breakthrough point, to explore the problems existing in the protection of the rights of the victim in the criminal litigation system, and through multi factors effect on protecting the rights of criminal victims were analyzed, put forward my own opinions and suggestions, to further promote the legislation perfect, sound for the criminal victim protection measures, to achieve effective protection of the rights of criminal victims.
